It is desirable and recommended that during the first meeting, the client fully explains to the designer the purpose and objective of the order, also in written form. If the client fails to do so, written minutes of the first meeting shall be drawn up by the designer. The minutes must be sufficiently detailed to enable an offer to be drawn up.

If the client invites several designers to prepare an offer or a design solution, they must inform all participants.
