We recommend that the first discussion about the cooperation between the designer and the client, which can take place either at the designer’s or client’s place of work or remotely, should be limited to two hours and preferably not be charged.

When this discussion ends with a positive conclusion and the client is satisfied with the designer’s impression and references, they enter into a business relationship and the project can begin.

In the event that no agreement or order is concluded, no obligation shall arise for the client as a result.

The designer shall be independent in their work and shall not receive any remuneration, bribes, gifts or financial incentives of any kind that would influence the professionalism with which they advise and/or carry out the assignment.
