The designer demonstrates eligibility to use the Recommendations according to the following criteria:

• a university degree, master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant design discipline
• certificates and evidence of additional training within the design profession (design management, design thinking, marketing, entrepreneurship, etc.)
• references of completed projects or experience
• international and national prizes in the relevant field
• jobs in design agencies and studios
