The protection of intellectual property is gaining importance in our country and around the world, because the human mind is one of the main drivers of technological and cultural development. Creative achievements must be protected and appropriately rewarded, thus encouraging people to continue creating.

More information on the protection of designs, trademarks and patent registration can be obtained from the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Slovenia and from specialized private legal or law firms.

The designer as an author is obliged to cooperate in the preparation of materials for the registration of industrial property. Registration costs are covered by the client.
