For direction and supervision of more extensive and demanding tasks in the field of visual communication design or their implementation, it is recommended that the royalties of a designer with many years of experience be determined according to the hourly rate for art direction as recommended in the Recommendations under the ADDITIONAL WORKS tab.

If the client entrusts the designer with responsibility for production, reproduction and/or technical implementation, the client must enable the designer to supervise the implementation process.

The designer has the right to stop and prohibit the production or publication of the design-implemented solution of their copyright work (e.g. printing of a book or programming of a website) if they estimate that the technical implementation is inadequate (especially if they were not given supervision over that process).
