Unless otherwise expressly agreed, or unless the nature of the finished product makes it impossible to do so, the client is obliged to indicate the name of the designer or design studio on the final product itself, in the documentation accompanying such final product (e.g. in the technical instructions), in the marketing material and in any form of (public) disclosure and promotional material for the finished product, e.g. in the colophon, in a media impression, on the product itself, at the bottom of the web page, etc. Copyright
